We are now recruiting a full-time duty manager to join our committed management team. The Castle Restaurant is a family friendly restaurant located in the grounds of the stunning and historic Blackrock Castle. We open 6 days for brunch, lunch and dinner and offer locally sourced food served in a bustling atmosphere by an amazing service team in the kitchen, floor and bar. A seating capacity of 96 guests across two contrasting rooms, with our summer courtyard adding another 96 seats in our summer months. Catering to a wide variety of customers including locals, tourists and corporate events.Our multi award winning restaurant group offers structured training, a great package and prospects of promotion and experience within the group. We are listed on Best Workplaces in Ireland 2025, and we are certified Failte Ireland Gold Employer Excellence.You should have a love of food, be ambitious, have a positive mindset, be physically ready for the challenges of managing a team of up to 20 people per service. You will have a calm demeanour and be solutions focused. You'll have a number of years of experience at management level in a hospitality environment and will be excited by our industry.
