The role will be based in one of our Cork sites. Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2026 Cooperative cohort.
Responsibilities
* Identify an IT/Software improvement project with project objectives, scope, success factors, milestones and evaluation in collaboration with your Stryker team leader and college supervisor.
* Support and assist in-depth data analysis of various data sets and reports.
* Assist in design, data extraction, research and reporting in areas of performance, outcomes and compliance with policies and rules.
* Provide support with project meetings to ensure data accuracy and documentation.
* Create and analyze process workflows to increase efficiency with cross-functional divisions and departments, including analysis of data trends and report/file creation.
* Draft internal correspondences and perform general and clerical duties as assigned.
What you will need
* Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related courses.
* Honesty and integrity; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking; enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results-oriented environment.
* Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
* Organised, focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills with basic level of PC skills.
* Team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.
* Available for 6, 9 or 12 months – exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker.
