We're seeking a s seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Powder) to join our site management team. This is more than a maintenance supervision role—it's a career opportunity with responsibilities that impact operations, safety, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, driving quality and compliance, and leading maintenance systems development.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to support manufacturing operations and achieve performance targets.
* Lead and support the maintenance team, acting as a focal point for coordination and communication.
* Drive continual improvement in plant reliability through proactive maintenance strategies and change management.
* Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage maintenance contractors, monitor costs, and participate in budgeting.
* Oversee preventive and unplanned maintenance, spare parts management, and procurement.
* Support installation of new processes, scale-up activities, and process optimization.
* Promote high standards of safety and environmental care in all maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a powder or process manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of reliability engineering tools (e.g., MTBF, FMEA, RCA).
* Familiarity with compliance standards (DAFM, FSSC, BRC, FDA) and GMP principles.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
