Develop and execute a scalable People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans, and acquisition activity Lead all people aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and cultural alignment Partner with the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and future talent needs Enhance the employee experience to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent Implement consistent performance management, talent development, and succession planning frameworks across the organisation Drive employee engagement, communication, and change management through periods of rapid growth and transformation Strengthen leadership capability across senior and emerging talent populations Build a commercially focused, scalable people function to support continued expansion Develop robust integration frameworks and people processes to support future acquisitions What will you require as Chief People Officer? Proven experience operating as a Head of People or HR Director Essential experience within professional services and/or technology-led organisations Demonstrated success in high-growth, scaling environments Previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions activity Strong knowledge of employment legislation across both ROI and NI How to apply?
