Banking Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in financial technology, you will provide first-line support to clients over the phone, focusing on loan, card, and transaction modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver B2B first-line support to financial services clients over the phone, focusing on loan, card, and transaction modules;
* Investigate and resolve user issues, ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs);
* Manage support tickets via a centralized system, maintaining accurate records and timely updates;
* Escalate complex or system-related issues internally, while keeping clients informed throughout;
* Support system installations and module configurations as experience builds;
* Provide user training, remotely or in-person, across the core software and specific modules;
* Liaise with Web and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth problem resolution and service delivery;
Requirements:
* Experience working in a retail banking or credit union environment, with a focus on loans and card services;
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language;
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team;
* Solid financial problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail;
* Exposure to financial systems or card processing platforms is advantageous;
* Interest in transitioning to a support or implementation role in financial technology;
