**Job Title:** Senior Specialist, Technical Success Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful individual to join our team as a Technical Success Manager. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their programs and objectives, leveraging your technical expertise to build solutions that drive adoption and value. As a Technical Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and optimizing programs, building and configuring services that align to client objectives, and establishing and maintaining multi-level stakeholder relationships to ensure customer health and support. You will also serve as a platform expert, advising clients on high-value usage and translating customer goals into tailored recommendations. Additionally, you will act as a point of escalation for complex issues, championing customer needs internally and mobilizing resources for maximum impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously across various customers.
