We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Director to lead our luxury property in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have expertise as a Spa Manager, preferably within a large, high-end hotel and possess exceptional team management, leadership development, and motivational skills.
A successful candidate will also have experience conducting performance audits and financial planning for the spa department while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
