Reporting to the Project Director, the role of Project Manager is to plan and manage the execution of multiple contracts via Construction Managers, from initiation through to close out. Responsibilities include resource planning to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget, and on time, maintaining quality standards. The Project Manager will also support the pre-contract estimating phase by interpreting client requirements, developing construction plans, schedules, and subcontract scopes as needed. The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, aiming to build a positive customer experience to foster loyalty and high levels of profitable repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop project execution strategies including vendor and subcontractor selection.
* Establish effective construction supervision teams across various sites and contracts.
* Collaborate with EHS Officers/Managers to establish site safety requirements, incident investigations, and liaise with customers on near misses and incident reports.
* Manage multiple client relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
* Plan all project phases from initiation to closure, including critical path analysis to prevent delays.
* Identify and manage contract risks and opportunities.
* Oversee progress reporting to clients across multiple contracts.
* Coordinate with internal departments for efficient contract execution.
* Attend and chair meetings with stakeholders.
* Supervise construction managers on progress reporting and cost forecasting.
* Work with the commercial team to manage contractual aspects.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and seek continuous improvement.
* Coordinate resource mobilization and demobilization.
* Ensure compliance with standards and client specifications through QA/QC resources.
* Ensure timely final acceptance and contract takeover.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
* Project Management Certification or Diploma.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio is advantageous.
* Completion of MSIC or equivalent safety management course.
* Minimum 10 years relevant experience, especially in pharmaceutical, electronics, or oil industries.
