Senior Fund Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our high-growth area, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounting books and records of our funds, including the calculation of Net Asset Value, preparation of financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
* Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of Fund NAV
* Prepare expense schedules, capital activity analysis, and fund fee calculations
* Maintain established controls during daily and NAV production cycle
* Contribute to new fund launches and team readiness
* Build strong relationships with team members and clients through query management and problem resolution
* Create reports for submission to external parties, including Fund Boards and regulators
* Assist with financial statement and audit preparation as requested
* 12+ months experience in fund operations, preferably in alternative funds
* Ability to work effectively in a team, build positive working relationships, and take responsibility for assigned work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Strong organizational and process management skills
* Experience with trial balance analysis, general ledger entries, and basic management and performance fee calculations
