Superb opportunity to join a leading Investment Company in a key senior management role overseeing the delivery of several critical projects and change management initiatives. This role is for a fixed 12-month contract and will come with a market leading remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team and ensure delivery across several key strategic projects
* Senior Management reporting
* Aligning local support models to reflect a global function
* Proactively identify and implement efficiency improvements
* Ensuring best practice adherence to internal controls including risk, compliance, procedures
* Develop stakeholder relationships across various business functions at a local and global level
Key Requirements
* In depth operations background, funds or investment sector ideally
* Strong project, change or programme management skills
* Top notch people management skills
* Proven experience of managing senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge and experience of working in the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage
