The Company:
An exciting opportunity to join a boutique, estate agency in Dublin. Our client is renowned for its expertise in Dublin's residential and investment markets, with over 30 years' experience in the property industry.
The company is currently expanding and has recently opened its second branch in Dublin City Centre. They also have a offices in Limerick, Galway and Athlone and employ over 90 people across these locations.
The Role:
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced residential property professional who is ready to take ownership of a branch operation, while remaining actively involved in sales. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from appraisal to completion, while also playing a key role in business development, team support, and driving the branch's overall performance.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will use your market knowledge and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results, while helping shape the culture, standards, and growth of this new Dublin branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
* Oversee residential property sales from valuation to completion.
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
* Drive new business development and appraisal activity.
* Manage sales progression and conveyancing processes.
* Support, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
* Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and revenue against targets.
* Ensure compliance with PSRA regulations and company procedures.
Key Requirements:
* PSRA Licence (Category B, C, is essential ).
* 3+ years previous experience in a similar role.
* Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Highly motivated and an excellent communicator.
* Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital tools.
