We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our established team.
As part of the kitchen team, you will operate in exciting, fast-paced quality service outlets.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential
Minimum of 1 year's previous experience as Chef de Partie
HACCP training and knowledge
Personal Qualities
Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Self-motivated, able to work alone with good personal organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Duties include but are not exclusive to
Run and/or supervise any kitchen station to the required standards as set by the Executive Chef.
Help prepare and produce all dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service.
Ensure all agreed cleaning schedules and HACCP guidelines and principles are followed to monitor food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
Supervise and train Demi Chef de Partie or Commis chefs.
Prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility to the correct menu specification regarding quality and quantity.
