Training Coordinator
, you'll be the backbone of our learning and development initiatives. You'll design, organize, and oversee training programs that enhance employee performance and support career growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate across teams to ensure training is engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions (in-person and virtual).
* Manage training logistics: venues, materials, technology, and communication.
* Track attendance, feedback, and training outcomes.
* Support trainers and subject matter experts with preparation and delivery.
* Maintain training records and generate reports for leadership.
* Identify opportunities to improve training processes and employee experience.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in training coordination or L&D support.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and learning platforms (LMS experience is a plus).
* A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others grow.
