Our client is a market leader in the deal advisory space. They require a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Investment Banking
* Merger & Acquisition experience gained in a dedicated M&A role or experience in a more broad transaction advisory role
* ACA qualified or equivalent
* APA/QFA/Registered Stockbroker or other recognised qualification
* Strong IT and analytics skills
* Excellent communication, financial modelling and report writing skills
