What You'll Do Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of German-speaking agency clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Use data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns and drive revenue growth. Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed quarterly sales and performance targets. Deliver compelling campaign insights and recommendations that highlight business impact to agency and brand partners. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role within digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS - with proven revenue growth and client retention success. Experience managing digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, or X (Twitter) is a strong advantage. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Strong presentation and negotiation skills in client-facing situations. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
