Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Applications Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality applications that meet the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational rigor and discipline.
The successful candidate will oversee specific areas to ensure the stability, compliance, and performance of enterprise applications. This includes Quality Control (QC)-related systems such as Labware/LIMS, Empower, NuGenesis and SoftMax. They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure global alignment and provide high-quality support to System Owners and end-users.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of full-time employees (FTEs) and contractors to deliver on end-user requirements effectively. They will maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation in compliance with organizational standards. In addition, they will collaborate with the Validation Department to ensure applications remain in a validated state according to IOPS SOPs.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
* No less than 8 years' relevant experience managing systems and people
