* Ongoing optimisation of lifecycle marketing via email and SMS campaigns — including welcome flows, abandoned cart reminders, replenishment nudges, and post-purchase education.
* Leadership of TikTok Shop: from product listings to creator partnerships and platform-native campaigns.
* Development of a performance-led affiliate program using platforms like LTK, RewardStyle, and Amazon Affiliates.
* Expansion and retention of subscription offering aligned to skincare regimens and customer behaviour.
* Delivery of loyalty initiatives that increase repeat purchases and deepen brand engagement.
* Data-driven decision making with focus on key digital KPIs.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative, and Content teams to align digital activities with campaign narratives and product launches.
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce — ideally within skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
* Proven success in driving direct-to-consumer growth through end-to-end digital strategy and execution.
* Skilled in leading digital transformation initiatives, platform builds, data integration, performance marketing, and customer journey optimisation.
* Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms.
* Data-led decision maker with deep commercial acumen, confident managing budgets, reporting performance, and forecasting growth.
