**Job Title:** Smart Production Manager
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced production manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our factory operations and driving digital transformation and innovation across our manufacturing systems.
This role combines production management with the integration of CNC, robotics, and IT-driven smart factory practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of sports technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee all onsite production operations and ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead daily CNC operations, scheduling, throughput, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities to integrate robotics and automation into CNC workflows and oversee commissioning, programming, and optimization of robotic and automated systems.
• Ensure data-driven decision making through CNC monitoring, AI/analytics, and connected systems.
• Research and implement ERP systems, driving continuous improvement, advancing Lean production systems with a focus on metrics, KPIs, and data.
• Line manage and mentor staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and development building a positive workplace culture that reflects our values of teamwork, craftsmanship, and innovation.
• Manage raw material, work-in-progress, and finished product stock levels.
• Ensure warehousing and dispatch systems run efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D in identifying and implementing new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
**Requirements:**
• Proven track record in manufacturing/operations management, ideally within CNC or high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining and programming (SolidWorks or similar).
• Knowledge and experience of robotics integration.
• Experience implementing and improving Lean/continuous improvement systems.
• Third-level qualification in engineering, operations management, business management, manufacturing technology or similar preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
