Gleneagle is now recruiting for a Beverage Operations Manager to join our leadership team. Overseeing Munster's largest beverage operation, this pivotal role manages all Bars and Beverage Services across both the hotel and the Gleneagle Arena.With seven bars and a team of 30+ employees, we deliver a diverse program of high-volume events including leisure and entertainment (up to 4,500 attendees), Ireland's BikeFest, conferences (up to 1,000 delegates), and nightly resident entertainment.This is a senior leadership role combining Bars Management and Event Beverage Operations.
