As a graduate project manager, you’ll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with exposure to a wide variety of schemes across sectors for public and private clients. You’ll help transform client visions into reality, supporting the delivery of projects from inception to completion and contributing to sustainable solutions.
Where You Could Work
As a graduate project manager, you’ll gain exposure on a wide range of schemes, including university campuses, commercial developments, refurbishment of listed buildings and museums, large residential schemes, infrastructure projects, and more. We value building strong client relationships, turning bold ideas into reality, and delivering projects and programmes with independent advisory support.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project scope, and quality standards.
* Develop and manage detailed project programmes, aligning with milestones and statutory approval timelines.
* Monitor project performance, identify and manage risks, issues, and changes through structured change control, risk workshops, and risk registers.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders for effective communication and smooth delivery.
* Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and site visits; record, track, and implement actions in a timely manner.
* Prepare essential project documentation, including execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement documents, and progress reports.
* Support contract and commercial administration activities.
* Learn and apply project management tools, techniques, and best practices; contribute to continuous improvement and personal growth.
What You Can Bring
* Minimum Level 8 or higher in a Project Management related degree or any subject with demonstrable commercial or technical acumen.

* Enthusiasm and drive to develop skills and seek development opportunities within a supportive team.
* Motivation to achieve professional accreditation where applicable.
* Comfort with agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
* Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent).
