Job Description A growing Irish B2 B services organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its Finance team.
This is a hands-on role supporting management reporting, financial control, compliance, and audit activities in a fast-paced SME environment.
Responsibilities will include: Support day-to-day financial operations and monthly management accounts Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Support Accounts Payable and Receivable processes Act as a key contact for year-end and interim audits Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal control requirements Provide financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders Requirements for this Role Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 2 years PQE within Ireland B2 B experience in an SME or scaling environment Experience working with external auditors Strong systems and Excel skills High attention to detail with strong communication skills About Our Client A well-known Irish B2 B organisation.
