Store Operations Manager
A motivated retail professional is sought to lead store operations as a Store Operations Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in managing teams and stores at a senior level.
The ideal candidate will have a background in handling large volumes of stock, delivery processing, merchandising, and staff management. They will support the Store Manager in achieving store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, as well as visual and commercial aspects of the business.
* Oversee all facets of daily store operations to ensure seamless performance
* Lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance commercial appeal and customer experience
* Communicate customer insights and feedback to head office buying and merchandising teams
* Drive additional revenue through effective upselling techniques and alternative product recommendations
This position offers a competitive salary package, including up to €40k plus 10% bonus paid monthly. Comprehensive benefits are also included, along with training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial operations, including cash handling, payroll processing, and daily banking
2. Monitor and control store profitability, margins, and budget performance
3. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards to guarantee a secure working and shopping environment
4. Support the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and targets
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
