German Speaker Opportunities in Ireland
About the Role:
1. We are seeking highly motivated German speakers for a variety of roles based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fluent German language skills ( Deutsch ) or proficiency in Dutch
* Excellent English communication skills
* A commitment to reside and work in Ireland for at least six months
* A willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end-users across various product lines
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and ensure timely and accurate information delivery
* Develop solutions and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
* Manage designated territories or client sets and strive to achieve or exceed targets and goals
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, drive them to closure, and follow up on leads generated through lead-generating activities
* Participate in multiple stages of the sales cycle across diverse business sectors
* Analyze suspicious activity, label, and identify patterns; review non-objectionable content, create tasks, and follow up on open tickets
* Evaluate account details for indicators provided by client analysis and determine whether items meet criteria provided by client policy
* Offer suggestions to enhance processes and workflows
