Training Design Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Design Manager to lead the design and development of training content for our staff and contractors.
This includes managing learning systems, records management processes, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Lead the creation and delivery of engaging training content for classroom and digital formats
* Oversee the approval process for comprehensive training solutions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Act as a single point of contact for all aspects of Training Programme Design
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Risk & Compliance Managers
* Manage learning systems and ensure accurate records management
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A third-level degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in people management
* A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
