ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities
* Lead
end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and deployment
* Design and own
ServiceNow solution architecture
, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
* Provide
technical leadership
across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom apps)
* Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform
* Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Oversee
delivery of ServiceNow projects
, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and security
* Guide and mentor developers and implementation teams
* Support integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration patterns
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a
ServiceNow Architect
or Senior ServiceNow Consultant
* Strong
implementation experience
delivering multiple ServiceNow projects
* Deep understanding of
ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and data model
* Demonstrated expertise in
solution design
and technical decision-making
* Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and configuration
* Experience leading or contributing to
project delivery
in agile or hybrid environments
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g.,
CSA, CIS, CAD
) are highly desirable

* Experience with large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow deployments
* Background in platform governance, performance optimization, and security
