Theatre Nursing Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Theatre Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to work across a variety of specialties, including orthopaedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, gynaecology, ENT, pain management, urology, and vascular services.
Clinical Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest possible standards are met at all times.
* Act as a preceptor to student nurses, mentor new clinical staff, and support non-clinical colleagues.
* Liaise with educational institutions to develop and maintain our hospital as a recognised learning environment for student nurses.
Quality & Audit Responsibilities:
* Contribute to clinical audit and research activities, promoting evidence-based practice and driving positive change within the field.
* Critically analyse research findings, providing written reports and recommendations for improvement.
