You will handle a mix oftelephony and email communications, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and customers receive a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide first-class customer service via phone and email to German-speaking clients.
Assist customers with policy inquiries, renewals, and amendments .
Support the sales process, including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
Handle claims-related queries and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements Fluent German speaker (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in German and English .
Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
