Systems Engineer - Frontend Experience
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our frontend experiences. As a key member of our growth loops team, you will lead architecture and system design for performant, accessible frontend experiences across growth funnels and guest-facing surfaces.
* Identify and execute complex experiments that drive measurable business outcomes
* Build scalable patterns and frameworks to support high-velocity experimentation and delivery
* Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to shape strategy and translate insights into technical action
* Collaborate across teams to influence shared components, analytics instrumentation, and platform improvements
Requirements
* 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong record of delivering scalable systems in web environments
* Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, etc.)
* Strong systems thinking and ability to design for experimentation, observability, and performance
* Experience influencing product direction through technical insight and user data
* Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap, GA) and A/B testing frameworks
* Comfortable with AWS and other cloud-native infrastructure
