Accounts Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a part-time Accounts Assistant role within our finance team.
Responsibilities:
* Allocate cash and electronic fund transfer receipts on sales invoices
* Timely reconcile key customer queries
* Liaise with customers regarding payment dates and schedules
* Provide support with payroll processing, including assistance with data entry and calculations
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the finance team
This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract based in West Limerick, working 20 hours per week over 5 days.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should have at least 18 months of experience within an Accounts environment and be proficient in using relevant software applications.
