A large, highly regulated financial services organisation is delivering a major change programme within its finance function and is seeking a Finance Change Lead (IFRS) to own the implementation of a new financial reporting and controls framework.
This is a senior delivery role, responsible for embedding new IFRS reporting processes across a complex environment, working closely with Finance, Risk, IT and senior stakeholders.
You will own a business-critical change programme and act as the central point of coordination across multiple functions.
Your Role Leading a cross-functional IFRS reporting change programme Owning delivery plans, timelines, governance and key milestones Translating IFRS requirements into operational processes and controls Redesigning reporting workflows, data flows and approval structures Overseeing system readiness, testing and control validation Driving remediation of issues and embedding sustainable solutions Leading training and adoption to ensure new processes are embedded Managing delivery resources, budgets and timelines Your Skills Proven experience delivering IFRS or financial reporting change projects Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) Background in regulated financial services environments Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and risk Experience working across complex systems and data flows Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Why this role High-profile regulatory change programme Strong exposure to senior stakeholders Opportunity to shape long-term reporting processes Flexible hybrid working model Competitive package and benefits Should this position be of interest, please forward your CV to Aoife Davis in Abrivia Recruitment.
