Established in 1941, the group comprises three business units with differing target markets.Solvar – Irish-themed jewellery focused on the Irish inbound visitor and Irish-American heritage market.Solvar Design – A bespoke jewellery offering supplying global visitor destinations.NJO Designs – Supplier of own label fine jewellery to the Irish jewellery trade.Solvar is a trusted and proven operator with a history of product excellence, operational execution and long-standing retail relationships.The Opportunity:Graphic DesignerWe are currently looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team.Key Responsibilities:· Create and produce on-brand artwork and marketing materials for all three brands.· Develop creative assets for special events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches,including product packaging, logos, and point-of-sale materials.· Translate business needs and customer requirements into high-quality visual solutions for a varietyof media, including digital campaigns, print advertising, and catalogues.· Manage the company's artwork and image library, ensuring all files are properly catalogued andeasily accessible.· Liaise with external agencies and printers for signage and print projects as needed.· Collaborate with the marketing team and suppliers to ensure all files are correctly prepared for print.· Work with the Marketing Manager on all projects, including new product launches, from initialdesign through to the finished product.· Provide support for photoshoots, including both product and model sessions.Skills & Experience:A degree in graphic design or a related field.2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer.A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative flair.Proficiency with industry-standard software to include Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .A solid understanding of design principles and typography.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.A strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency while working within brand guidelines.Benefits:· Competitive salary on offer, depending on experience· Stable Monday to Friday work schedule· Hybrid working arrangement available upon completion of training· On site parking available· Office is based in Dublin 12 and conveniently accessible to public transportHow to apply:Please send a current copy of your CV through LinkedIn by Monday 22nd September.
