Overview
Role Overview.
The Technical Program Manager of Trust Resilience will help our CSOC (Cloud Services Operations Center), DevSecOps, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams deliver our vision by guiding collaborative, cross-organizational programs and driving the resilience of Autodesk product offerings.
This position reports to the Director of Trust Risk and Compliance and requires a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure our products and operations meet the highest standards of security and user trust.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of Autodesk's product portfolio and business strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust standards.
Prioritization and Planning: Engage with Trust, engineering, product, and other program managers to prioritize Trust initiatives while balancing resilience needs with overall Autodesk strategy.
Delivery: Establish clear delivery plans with Trust Resilience leadership, create alignment on cross-organization initiatives through outcome-driven planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
Communications: Develop holistic communication plans and deliver status updates in a scalable way to minimize friction; communicate program health, initiatives, and achievements to Autodesk teams and divisional leadership.
Facilitation: Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with the appropriate domain expertise and program owners.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for program improvement; present results to program leaders in an actionable manner.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, SaaS).
Experience working with a mix of stakeholders—from engineers and product managers to business leaders and designers.
Strong communication and people skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and present to leaders at different levels.
Proven track record in reporting program progress, driving initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint).
Background in the software or tech industry.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar).
Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, or threat detection.
