As a Project Manager, you will lead or collaborate within a team to execute projects from initiation to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Lead engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with FDA, cGMP, and corporate quality standards; ensure audit readiness and successful outcomes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, global functions, and external vendors to align projects with business objectives.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, optimise resources, and support capital investment decisions.
* Technology & Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing, automation, and operational efficiency.
* Validation & Change Management: Oversee validation, equipment qualification, and change control to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* EHS & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and promoting a safety culture.
