Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2 years experience in personal lines insurance.
* Hold an APA qualification or equivalent.
* Ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges and priorities.
* Demonstrate empathy, understanding and patience when dealing with customers.
* Excellent organisational, planning and execution skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and team working skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
