Job Description
Join a team of global specialists and work on functional workstreams in global transformation projects, managing deliverables and milestones, guiding colleagues and customers, supporting client satisfaction, and contributing to supply‑chain transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation.
Co‑create and design the “to be” state of future planning organization and processes, creating documentation at both process and organizational levels.
Prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs, capture challenges, and design solutions.
Look at the big picture and collaborate with other workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.
Provide guidance during the implementation process, ensuring it occurs smoothly and structurally.
Contribute hands‑on to implementation alongside the client, making the transformation real.
Be part of an integrated project team with Bluecrux colleagues, the customer, and the tool provider, working together toward one common goal.
Internally, take opportunities to generate impact by assuming additional roles (e.g., people coaching, content development, or commercial contributions).
Guide change and help carry out improvements.
Travel globally as required.
Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering or economics. MBA a plus.
At least 4–8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
Experience with planning activities.
Team player focused on delivering transformation, driving growth, reducing costs and sparking innovation.
Enjoyable delivering strategic insights and fostering growth in others.
