* Support the General Manager in overall strategy and direction.
* Coordinate staff across multiple areas of the facility.
* Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, catering, reception functions, and monitor budgets.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with resident relations, handling queries and resolving concerns.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel management or facility operations.
