Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team.

The role of an HR Officer at Ryanair can be varied, but one thing remains constant - you will be the face of our HR Team, supporting over 27,000 aviation professionals across our extensive European network.
As an HR Officer, you will handle a wide range of HR matters, from legal cases to drafting contracts, while frequently traveling to assigned bases to meet with employees and address their queries.
At Ryanair, you will gain valuable experience early in your career as you take on responsibilities similar to those of a HR Manager for up to 1,000 employees under your remit, making daily decisions, offering advice, and resolving employee relations matters.

Duties Include:
* Manage the entire HR function for up to 1,000 employees in assigned bases/areas.
* Monitor employee absence and turnover trends, identifying areas for improvement.
* Liaise with management at all levels, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters, including grievances, disciplinary investigations, and legal case preparation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR databases.
* Submit weekly reports to the HR Manager on HR issues in your area.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of business and HR principles to address employee queries and make informed decisions.
* Develop strong writing skills to compose important disciplinary letters.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
* Prepare for local litigation across Europe and for WRC & LC.
* Travel across Europe to meet with employees, attend interviews, and negotiate employment agreements.
