Base salary €34,000
Up to €15,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) in first year
Sign‑on bonus €2,000 after successful probation
Uncapped OTE of €50,000 in first year (depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners
Promote and sell Yuno Energy products and services
Consistently hit or exceed individual targets and KPIs
Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement
Overcome objections and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales outcomes using CRM tools
Continuously refine sales strategies and provide feedback to optimise performance
Represent the company professionally, with enthusiasm and a winning attitude
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
