Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with staff scheduling and travel management for office and site staff.
2. Greet office visitors and manage incoming calls to the main office.
3. Act as the point of contact for office management, including external vendors, IT equipment, service providers, and mail handling.
4. Support the HR department and managers with onboarding activities such as sharing relevant information, welcoming newcomers, ordering materials, and assisting with IT setup.
5. Perform purchasing duties related to procurement, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
6. Implement social media strategies by publishing and sharing content on social media platforms and the company website.
7. Provide operational support to various departments.
8. Assist with project onboarding of subcontractors and staff.
9. Manage emails, calendars, and filing systems.
10. Handle general administration and ad hoc projects.
