There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious systems support who wants to work on exciting residential projects.Job PurposeThe role of Systems Support is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and client requirements. The role ensures that all documents are properly stored, updated, and easily retrievable through effective use of document management systems, supporting efficient communication and coordination across project teamsKey AccountabilitiesMaintain and update the document management system, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with project and company standards.Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, reports, and submittals.Ensure documents are correctly categorized, indexed, and filed for efficient retrieval and access by authorized personnel.Upload, track, and distribute controlled documents using platforms such as Zutec Aconex, and ViewpointMonitor document revisions, approvals, and version control to maintain integrity and traceability of project information.Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.Conduct regular audits of the document management system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.Generate and maintain document status reports and ensure proper transmittal of documentation.Assist in implementing and improving document control procedures and workflows.Provide training and support to project staff on document control systems and best practices.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience working with systems within the construction or engineering industry.Hands-on experience with document management systems such as Zutec Aconex, or ViewpointStrong understanding of document control processes, standards, and workflows in a construction project environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Optional: Qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.Key SkillsThe successful candidate will have:Strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.Ability to manage own workload and time.Be a team Player.Highly organized.Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
