Salesforce Solutions Architect
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll take the lead in architectural planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing technical expertise to drive innovation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business units to enhance our Salesforce platform and meet complex business needs.
Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Strategy
* Develop secure, scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business goals.
* Define best practices and standards for Salesforce development and integration.
* Create technical roadmaps to support current and future business needs.
Solution Implementation & Development
* Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce features, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Guide developers in using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
* Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Present architectural designs in a clear, business-friendly manner.
* Provide technical expertise during strategic planning and decision-making.
Integration & Data Management
* Lead the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and other technologies.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and synchronization across integrated systems.
Governance & Performance
* Establish governance frameworks to maintain compliance with Salesforce and business standards.
* Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
* Foster knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or similar role.
* Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (Certified Technical Architect is a plus).
* Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
* Experience with integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
* Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in healthcare or insurance industries.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or other industry-specific solutions.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
