to join their engineering team and take a central role in the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native backend systems.

Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs
* Lead technical discussions and influence key architectural decisions
* Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices across the team
* Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and CI/CD implementation
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful features
Requirements
* 6+ years of backend development experience using .NET Core
* 2+ years of experience in a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead role
* Strong knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and Event Hubs
* Solid experience with CQRS architecture and NoSQL databases
* Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
* Strong grasp of clean architecture principles, performance, and scalability
Nice to Have
* Experience with high-scale, distributed systems
* Familiarity with event sourcing patterns
* Exposure to containerization and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Docker, Bicep, Terraform)
