About The RoleWe are looking for a Legal Operations Program Manager to play a key role in transforming how our global Legal function operates. This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with the Group General Counsel and senior leaders to shape our strategy, optimise our processes, and drive meaningful, measurable improvements across a complex international organisation.In this high‑visibility role, you'll modernise and streamline core legal workflows, lead digital and AI‑enabled initiatives, and support the rollout of major systems including our CLM and NDA management processes. You will bring structure, insight, and innovation to how the team works — ensuring we operate efficiently, consistently, and with strong governance.Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Group General Counsel and senior leaders to define legal strategy, set priorities, and support delivery of a three‑year operational plan.Improve and streamline legal processes across contract lifecycle management, matter management, compliance workflows, and administrative activity.Lead digital and AI‑driven transformation, chairing the Legal Digitisation & Innovation Committee and overseeing the adoption of legal technology and tools.Support the rollout and optimisation of our CLM system and NDA protocols, ensuring efficient use and streamlined processes.Use KPIs and reporting to provide data‑driven insights on performance, risk, spend, and operational efficiency.Support external counsel management processes, billing guidelines, and manage legal spend, partnering with Finance to track budget throughout the year.Support executive‑level presentations, legal team communications, and functional training initiatives.Develop learning and knowledge‑sharing materials to embed consistent practices across the function.Ensure legal workflows are auditable, trackable, and compliant with internal policies.Participate in industry benchmarking and roundtables to bring best practices into the legal function.Qualifications & Skills5+ years in legal operations, compliance operations, project/programme management, or business transformation.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field; certifications (CLOP, PMP) are an advantage.Strong project management, change management, and analytical skills.Hands‑on experience with legal technology, CLM systems, and digital enablement.Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and influence a diverse stakeholder group.Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills, with an ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling outputs.About KerryKerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
