Role Profile
We are seeking a Third Party Sourcing Business Partner to join our Supply Chain & Operations Team. This role involves developing partnerships with Third Party Suppliers and Co-Manufacturers to support our growth in the dairy and agriculture sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, reporting to the Head of Third Party Sourcing. The position is based at our Head Office in Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, or our Dublin office in Citywest.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across diverse business units in a global environment and will help shape the future of our Third Party relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Screening, selection, and management of Co-manufacturers in collaboration with the Third Party Sourcing Manager.
Maintaining an updated register of all Third Parties.
Managing KPIs for Third Party Co-manufacturers and providing regular reports and analysis.
Reviewing key performance measures and ensuring successful outcomes through interim checkpoints.
Managing SLA performance for all Third Party relationships.
Establishing governance structures and maintaining/updating contracts.
Proactively identifying challenges and planning for resolution and contingencies.
Supporting business processes for Third Party Co-manufacturers within the Innovation forum.
Negotiating contracts with new Third Party Suppliers and Co-manufacturers.
Building and maintaining effective communication and relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Providing status updates and reporting on potential issues.
Ensuring delivery to deadlines with effective escalation and interventions.
Reporting through Tirlan Kainexus system and managing continuous improvement projects.
Transition management of new TPMs using the Tirlan TPM playbook.
Engaging in risk management activities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience in managing Third Parties and project management.
Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing budgets and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Commercial acumen.
Experience in FMCG/Retail or Supply Chain/Production environments is preferred but not essential. Previous contract management experience is also preferred.
