About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards. They will conduct routine site audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct routine site audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
* Establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure raw materials meet project specifications.
* Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and support best practices.
* Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to drive swift resolution of quality issues.
* Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to QMS requirements.
* Act as the key contact for all quality-related matters, fostering clear communication across teams and senior management.
* Promote a quality-first mindset across the business and project teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Engineering or a related field.
* Previous experience as a quality advisor or manager on commercial/residential construction projects.
* In-depth knowledge of industry standards, building regulations, and QA/QC policies.
* Technical ability with a passion for delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Autodesk BIM 360.
