I’m recruiting for a growing organisation in the energy & sustainability sector, expanding its Customer Excellence function with a new Customer Loyalty & Retention Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, improving experiences, preventing churn, and building long-term relationships without any new-business sales targets.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of B2B customers with regular reviews and touchpoints
* Leading renewal and retention conversations
* Spotting risks early, handling escalations, and improving CX through data
* Partnering cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and reduce churn
