Qargo is a tech start-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable and sustainable. We are building the most user friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager based in Southern Ireland!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Training:

Help assist our Success team in Ireland with some of the onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

Conduct engaging training sessions (both virtual and potentially in-person) to educate customers on the features and benefits of our TMS.

Act as a point of contact for new customers once they’ve been onboarded.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.

Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and objectives.

Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential challenges.

Proactively communicate product updates, new features, and best practices.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs via various channels (e.g., email, phone, chat).

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases as needed.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and resolutions.

Contribute to the development of a knowledge base and FAQs.

Growth & Retention:

Identify opportunities for account growth, such as upselling or cross-selling.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer success efforts with overall business goals.

Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks.

Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the company.

What we’re looking for:

Someone with a valid drivers license and car that is open to travel to customers.

Someone based in Ireland (Ideally Southern Ireland)

Logistics experience is a big plus.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience within the Saas/TMS’s is also a big plus.
