Application Support Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve delivering end-to-end support for proprietary applications and COTS components, ensuring seamless functionality and addressing customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring network infrastructure, servers (200+), and systems daily to maintain high availability, security, and performance. They will also perform in-depth troubleshooting and identify resolution for complex issues within defined SLAs.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering application support for proprietary and COTS components
2. Managing network infrastructure, servers, and systems for high availability and performance
3. Performing in-depth troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
4. Leading deployment, configuration, and upgrading of applications and software releases
5. Developing scripts and automating workflows to improve reliability and efficiency
Requirements:
* Higher education with an IT background
* At least 3 years of experience in application support
* Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and ticketing systems
* Hands-on experience with cloud technology
* BPSS clearance or higher
* Advanced level of English language proficiency
* Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor junior team members
