Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the care delivered to residents and their families is consistent with our mission, vision, and values. Plan, assess, audit, and deliver resident care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Engage in regular supervision of staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards and effective communication with residents. Ensure appropriate training, education, development, and induction for all staff members. Ensure medication practices are carried out according to NMBI Guidelines and relevant policies. Undertake regular audits and provide effective feedback and action plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by NMBI or be entitled to be so registered
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology (desirable)
* Management Qualifications (desirable)

Please note that we are seeking a candidate with a minimum five years post-graduate experience and three years post-graduate experience of Care of the Older person. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the aging process.
