Facilities Manager
A consumer-focused business is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations across their sites.
This role will suit a practical, hands-on Facilities professional who is comfortable managing buildings, contractors, and compliance, while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operation and maintenance of facilities
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site services
* Liaise with and manage external contractors and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
* Support internal teams with facilities and building-related requirements
* Maintain facilities documentation, schedules, and records
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, or Site Operations role
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing contractors and service providers
* Working knowledge of health & safety and compliance
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach
